Who we are

It started as a challenge.

Texas Flame And Smoke is a small family owned and operated business in the Bryan/College Station area. The recipes for every sauce, rub and seasoning were developed in the Jarretts' home kitchen; today they're co-packed in the Houston area by established manufacturers meeting the highest safety and quality standards.

Licensed as a Texas food manufacturer and GO TEXAN certified, they keep ample stock in a climate-controlled facility in Bryan, ready to ship — and local retail customers get free delivery on minimum quantities.

“We first started this business as a challenge to design and produce the best tasting BBQ sauces in Texas. We think we have accomplished that goal.”— Bobby and Kay Jarrett

Dry rubs

Three rubs, every cut.

Award winners and best sellers, all three are $8.95.

Texas Ranch BBQ dry rub

The award-winning sweet rub, and a favorite for all meats. Especially good on pork ribs and barbecued chicken.

Texas Hawg pork rub

Seasonings · from $8.29

Texas Star Original All Purpose, Texas Zest Lemon Pepper, Texas Medley, Chicken Ranch Blackened, and the Southwest Steak, Chicken and Fajita blends built on mesquite smoked sea salt.

Smoked sea salts · $8.99

What customers are saying

“Literally the best steak we have ever had.”

“We were at an Airbnb this past weekend and we used the steak seasoning on our steaks, and it was literally the best steak we have ever had so I had to stock up.”

Aimee Babb, McCamey, TX

“It was by far one of the best rubs we have ever had. We had well over 200 people attend the celebration. Many many of them asked about the pulled pork which we prepared with your rub.”

Pristina, Bryan, TX

“I love to smoke with the Texas Ranch rub. It’s my go-to. It’s got the right amount of everything.”

Not just for brisket

Fish, shrimp, breakfast eggs.

Chicken Ranch blackened seasoning was made for a little sweet heat on fish, shrimp and chicken — and one customer swears by a few smoked salt crystals on the morning eggs.
